About the role#
As a Supply Chain Management Intern, you will gain exposure to the distribution and supply chain processes Hallmark uses to manufacture and deliver products. You will work on projects that support our end-to-end consumer and customer business operations. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects rooted in real business needs.
- Research, strategize, and develop solutions for project problems.
- Document key business operations processes.
- Develop tools and standard operating procedures to help teams understand supply chain workflows.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
- Optimize product flow and determine sourcing strategies for products, equipment, and services.
- Present your work and recommendations to senior leaders and business partners.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2030.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous internship experience in a business, logistics, operations, engineering, or supply chain field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage work through ambiguity with personal accountability.

- This internship is offered on-site or in a hybrid capacity.
- Locations include Liberty, Missouri, and Lawrence or Leavenworth, Kansas.
