    About the role#

    As an Engineering Intern, you will work on projects tied to real business needs. You will gain exposure to supply chain processes, product manufacturing, and business operations that help deliver products to consumers worldwide. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Use business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand supply chain priorities.
    • Research, strategize, and develop feasible solutions for assigned projects.
    • Present your work and recommendations to senior leaders and business partners.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Management.
    • Expected graduation date of December 2027, May 2028, December 2028, May 2029, December 2029, or May 2030.
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
    • High learning agility and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work with urgency and manage through ambiguity.
    • Previous internship experience in a business, logistics, operations, engineering, or supply chain field.

    Location & details#

    • This position is strictly on-site.
    • Locations include Kansas City, MO; Liberty, MO; Lawrence, KS; or Leavenworth, KS.
