    About the role#

    BDO Canada is hiring a Co-op or Intern for the Assurance team in Saskatoon. This is an 8-month full-time position starting in January 2027. You will gain experience in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis while working directly with our clients and internal teams.

    What you'll do#

    • Prepare tax returns for clients using your technical accounting knowledge.
    • Assist with tax compliance projects according to regulatory standards.
    • Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements.
    • Build and maintain working relationships with clients by responding to their requests and suggestions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and participate in business development initiatives.
    • Communicate project progress and issues to your team on a regular basis.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accounting degree or diploma program.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
    • A commitment to teamwork and providing quality client service.
    • Proven leadership skills and the initiative to seek understanding.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (8-month duration).
    • Modality: Hybrid work model involving time in the office, at client sites, and virtually.
    • Status: Paid, full-time internship.
