About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring a Co-op Student or Intern for our Office Administration team in Toronto. This 4-month role begins in January 2027. You will support our administrative operations and assist professional staff with various organizational tasks. This is a full-time position that follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Digitize and organize office files, including scanning and electronic filing.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor digitization progress and document locations.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with document preparation.
- Proofread letters and internal materials for accuracy.
- Use Workday and other internal systems for file management and project coordination.
- Support office operations, including mail handling.
- Conduct market research to support business strategy development.
- Support a client facing large-scale claims administration process.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks and projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards a degree or diploma focused in administration.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is an asset.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience is an asset.

- Compensation: $34,000 - $56,000.
