About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring a Co-op or Intern for the Administration team in our Winnipeg office. This is a 4-month position starting in January 2027. You will support professional and administrative staff by managing daily clerical tasks and coordinating client interactions.
What you'll do#
- Handle clerical duties including preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail.
- Enter data into internal systems with high accuracy.
- Collect data, generate reports, and update software systems.
- Organize and maintain client information using iFirm and other firm tools.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage scheduling.
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree or diploma program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your workload effectively.
