About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Toronto for the Winter 2027 term. You will work alongside consultants and analysts to support institutional investors with investment strategy and research. The role offers exposure to real client assignments and provides hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Work within dedicated client teams to deliver investment services.
- Assist with asset allocation, manager selection, and performance evaluation.
- Support the creation and delivery of client presentations.
- Participate in meetings with investment managers.
- Follow professional excellence standards for documentation and deliverable reviews.
- Identify ways to improve team processes and technical efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively in a team.
- Financial literacy is highly preferred.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: 4 or 8 months (January 4, 2027, start date).
- Compensation: $29.00 CAD per hour, eligible for overtime.
