About the role#
This paid, 10-12 week internship offers students hands-on experience within an industrial food production environment. You will work alongside our operations team to support professional development through practical projects. This role provides exposure to corporate meetings, roundtable discussions, and networking events while allowing you to interact with various departments across our facility.
What you'll do#
- Apply your academic knowledge to drive improvements in an industrial setting.
- Support EHS projects that contribute to facility safety and efficiency.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to build professional skills.
- Participate in corporate meetings and community activities.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, specifically in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health.
- Completion of at least your third year of study.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.

- Location: Amsterdam, New York.
- Modality: On-site at our LEED certified production facility.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work environment: You will work in an office setting and on the production floor, which requires the use of PPE such as hairnets, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Certain restrictions on jewelry and nail polish apply in production areas.
