About the role#
The Investments team at Bell Partners manages the multifamily portfolio by sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle. This is a full-time, paid position that offers visibility across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Build detailed financial models and pro formas to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses to support investment decisions.
- Assist in creating investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand investment strategy and decision-making.
- Analyze reports and operational data to identify performance drivers.
- Use proprietary platforms and tools to support investment initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
- A driven, analytical mindset.
- A clear interest in real estate and investment strategy.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site in Alexandria, VA, San Francisco, CA, Denver, CO, or Raleigh, NC.
- The internship follows a rolling term schedule.
