About the role#
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Montréal for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, on-site internship for students pursuing studies in Human Resources or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews to assist with the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding steps for new staff members.
- Help the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records and data.
- Take part in projects related to employee engagement.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR principles.
- The ability to work well both independently and with a team.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
