About the role#
Bilfinger is hiring Construction Management Interns for a 12-week program during Summer 2027. This is a full-time, paid, site-based internship. You will work directly with project teams to learn about construction management, field operations, and project lifecycles.
What you'll do#
- Complete HR onboarding and site safety orientation.
- Learn to follow Bilfinger safety culture and project quality standards.
- Shadow construction managers, project managers, and site leaders during daily operations, planning, and meetings.
- Study the project lifecycle, documentation processes, and core management responsibilities.
- Work on a specific site project or process improvement task under mentor guidance.
- Complete online training modules on safety and construction basics.
- Attend regular meetings with supervisors to discuss your progress.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior standing in a degree program such as Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and reliability.
- Ability to travel as needed for site assignments.
