About the role#
Bilfinger North America offers a 12-week summer internship for students interested in construction management. This role provides a site-based learning experience where you will work with project teams to understand daily operations and project execution.
What you'll do#
- Complete HR onboarding and site safety orientation.
- Learn to adhere to company safety culture and project-specific quality standards.
- Shadow construction managers, project managers, and site leaders during daily operations, planning discussions, and project meetings.
- Participate in a defined site-based project or process improvement task.
- Attend regular check-ins with supervisors and mentors to receive feedback and guidance.
- Complete online training modules covering safety awareness and professional development.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior standing in a degree program such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Mobility and availability to travel as required for site assignments.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work.

- Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
