How to get in at Block
Applying early to Block gives you a distinct advantage, as recruiters often review candidates before the applicant pool grows too large. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, ensuring you are among the first to submit your application. Being quick off the mark helps your resume stand out in a competitive process. You can use this timing to your benefit by focusing on high-quality submissions while others are still waiting for notifications. Reaching out to the right people is just as important as timing. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company roles so you can contact them directly to ask about the position or a referral. This approach often improves your response rates compared to submitting into a general queue. When you reach out, keep your message brief and professional to respect the recruiter time.
