About the role#
As a Private Wealth Administrative Assistant, you will provide professional support to managers and their teams. This is a full-time, on-site internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will assist with daily operations, manage administrative processes, and contribute to the effective functioning of the business group.
What you'll do#
- Perform administrative, clerical, financial, and human resources tasks.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange necessary resources.
- Write, edit, and distribute communications, including correspondence and presentations.
- Answer the central phone line and resolve or escalate inquiries.
- Process invoices, prepare expense reports, and track departmental budgets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support department events and coordinate staff training requirements.
- Document vacation and absence schedules while identifying potential conflicts.
- Liaise with internal business units and external vendors.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to ensure all tasks align with bank policies and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program with a plan to return to studies.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Typically 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or professional support role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
