About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in Chicago. You will work full-time to support the management and execution of business programs and projects. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives, analyze current operations, and research industry trends to provide actionable insights.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of core program processes.
- Analyze data and information to create regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Support strategic initiatives by tracking metrics, milestones, and program risks.
- Develop and distribute tailored communications to support change management.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and handle exception requests.
- Analyze issues to determine next steps while adhering to risk management frameworks.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized knowledge in the field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
