About the role#
This Wealth Management Internship is a 10-week, full-time program based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance who are interested in gaining experience within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Support the management and execution of business programs and projects.
- Analyze data and information to provide program insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of core program processes.
- Research best practices and industry trends to provide input on program strategy.
- Organize work information, including initiative tracking and exception reports.
- Gather and format data for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Support change management, strategic initiatives, and the development of tailored messaging.
- Investigate, analyze, and document program risks.
- Communicate program principles, standards, and processes across operational activities.
- Complete complex tasks while following established rules and risk management frameworks.
What you'll need#
- Typically 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable.
- Specialized knowledge in the field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and team-building abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
