About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in San Francisco. You will join the Wealth Management team to support the execution of business programs and strategic initiatives. You will work alongside internal and external stakeholders to help manage project components and ensure operational accuracy. This role requires you to apply the bank's Risk Management Framework to your daily tasks and decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Support the management and execution of assigned business programs or projects.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of core program processes.
- Analyze data to provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting through dashboards.
- Investigate and document program risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Communicate program principles and standards across operational activities.
- Assist with change management tasks and the development of tailored messaging.
- Track exception requests and monitor project milestones.
- Handle complex tasks while working within established rules and limits.
What you'll need#
- A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Specialized knowledge in the field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
