About the role#
This is a full-time internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at one of our manufacturing facilities to gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree. This program is designed to help you apply your engineering coursework to real-world projects alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Test company products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Develop and analyze quality data to drive improvement activities.
- Use statistical tools to engage in measurement analysis.
- Help develop and implement process verification and improvements.
- Contribute to quality engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, data compilation, and quality audits.
- Work with various departments to improve overall product quality.
What you'll need#
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in an engineering or equivalent degree program.
- Preferred 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is available at the following locations: Bismarck, ND; Fargo, ND; Johnson Creek, WI; Litchfield, MN; Statesville, NC; and Wahpeton, ND. This is a paid internship.
