About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in program management within the defense and space manufacturing sector. You will work directly with project managers and engineers to support the IPPT Business Area.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with staff to finalize project plan presentations.
- Establish timelines, manage deadlines, and schedule meetings.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and prepare supporting materials.
- Process staff expense reports and resolve related issues.
- Support functional areas with special projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid position.
- The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off.
