    About the role#

    Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Business Support Center and Sustainability Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work at our facility in Johns Creek, Georgia. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work with the Business Support Center to improve processes and systems while assisting the sustainability department with project management.

    What you'll do#

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
    • Participate in business improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Help plan and execute sustainability initiatives and campaigns.
    • Assist with event planning and employee engagement activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support projects.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current undergraduate, graduate, or advanced degree student in an accredited program.
    • Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours. Graduate students must have completed at least 9 credit hours.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
    • You must be pursuing a major or minor in Business Administration or Operations Management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • You must have strong organizational and communication skills.
    • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide sponsorship.
    • You must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete a drug test and post-offer physical if required.
