About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers an internship for students interested in Safety and Environment. You will join our Global Support Division for a 10-12 week term during Summer 2027. This role involves working on one or more projects to support our site operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical and compliance support for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs.
- Assist business partners with general occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and biosafety initiatives.
- Support programs related to air, water, and waste environmental compliance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Implement changes based on verbal or written direction.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or master’s degree in safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college course work.
- Ability to work full time for 10-12 weeks.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Prior experience in EHS or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to explain decisions clearly and work well in a small team.
