About the role#
This is a paid, eleven-week internship program for Master's students interested in human resources. You will work on projects that impact our business and patients. High performing interns are considered for our three-year Human Resources Leadership Development Program after the summer concludes.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Employee Workplace Relations.
- Participate in both in-person and virtual development and networking activities.
- Use your technical knowledge and analytical skills to solve business problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s program with an emphasis in Human Resources, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You must remain enrolled in your program for at least one additional semester after the internship ends.
- Previous internship or related experience in Human Resources.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Ability to adapt to new information and changing business priorities.
- A global mindset to work effectively in an inclusive environment.

- This role is based in North Chicago, Illinois.
- The position is on-site.
- This is a full-time summer 2027 program.
- Relocation support is available for eligible students.
