About the role#
The Boeing Business Internship Program offers a 10-12 week summer experience for students interested in Human Resources. You will work on projects that apply your academic background to real world business challenges. This program provides exposure to various HR functions and includes mentorship from professionals in the field.
What you'll do#
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to see our products in development.
- Partner with a mentor to solve business problems.
- Meet with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the organization.
- Build a professional network through social events and team activities.
- Develop skills in HR acumen, business strategy, and problem solving.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student with a graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through education or work experience.
- Majors preferred include Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Design.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Availability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Please note that Boeing does not provide visa sponsorship for this program.

- Modality: This is an on-site internship.
- Locations: Everett, Mukilteo, Puyallup, Renton, SeaTac, Auburn, Bellevue, Kent, and Tukwila, Washington; North Charleston, South Carolina; Hazelwood, Missouri; and Mesa, Arizona.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
