About the role#
As a Methods Process Analyst intern, you will join a production team integrated with the Boeing Production System. You will work within a small team of 5-10 people to help improve safety, quality, cost, and flow. Your time will be split between an office environment and the factory floor or flightline. You will have a mentor and a team lead to provide guidance throughout your 10-12 week internship.
What you'll do#
- Support a production team or organization directly integrated with the Boeing Production System.
- Reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues in the work area.
- Improve quality defect trends and analyze performance against daily schedules.
- Create and maintain operating plans, including developing scenario plans.
- Build disruption recovery plans to mitigate impacts to major milestones.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Previous internship or work experience, or involvement with student or civic organizations.
- A passion for the aerospace industry.
- Ability to relocate and work on-site.
- Majors in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science.
