About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within our Finance department. You will work alongside industry leaders on critical initiatives like budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. The program includes direct mentorship, networking opportunities with leadership, and a capstone project presented to senior management. This is a full-time, paid position designed to mirror the day-to-day responsibilities of our permanent associates.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support management with quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting.
- Maintain and organize financial data.
- Help prepare presentations and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and work effectively within a team.
Location & details#
- Location: New Jersey corporate office.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expected schedule of 2 days in-office every other week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).
- Compensation: $23 per hour.
- Note: Reliable transportation is required as the office is not easily accessible by public transportation.
