About the role#
This is a full-time paid internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Thornhill, Ontario, supporting our actuarial team with data analysis and model development.
What you'll do#
- Assist in building actuarial models and projections.
- Help with pricing and risk assessment tasks.
- Collect and analyze data for internal reports.
- Work with the team on various actuarial projects.
- Write documentation and help present findings to the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Finance.
- You have strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and common statistical analysis tools.
- You work well with others in a team setting.
- You have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a basic understanding of actuarial principles.
