    About the role#

    This internship offers an opportunity to work on Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software used for designing advanced PCBs. You will be based in our Burlington office for the Fall 2026 semester.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to the development of EDA software.
    • Work with emerging Agentic AI technologies to support and manage PCB design generation.
    • Help create Product Requirement Specifications by gathering and analyzing data from customers, colleagues, and technical experts.
    • Provide feedback to development teams regarding layout tool functionality, user experience, and use models.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a BSEE or equivalent degree program.
    • Experience or coursework in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems.
    • A strong focus on digital systems, signal processing, and electronics with hands-on lab experience.
    • Familiarity with hardware design tools such as Cadence Allegro, Siemens Xpedition, Altium Designer, or KiCad.
    • An interest in or experience with machine learning and AI methodologies is a plus.

    • Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
    • Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Employment: Paid, full-time internship.
