About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship based in Aurora, Illinois. You will work on-site in a warehouse environment for approximately 40 hours per week over a 10-week period. This role provides direct exposure to supply chain operations and warehouse management.
What you'll do#
- Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams in areas including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and storage.
- Design and document workflows to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing key performance indicators (KPI) to optimize performance and productivity.
- Participate in a Kaizen event and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work directly on the warehouse floor to observe and improve operational processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
