About the role#
CAS is seeking a Facilities Operations Intern for the summer of 2027. This role offers immersion into the daily operations of our facilities team. You will rotate through different departments to gain exposure to infrastructure, building maintenance, and office logistics. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through Project Management, Telecom/AV, Building and Grounds Maintenance, Office Operations, and Campus Events.
- Support daily tasks and engage with the workflows of each team you shadow.
- Provide feedback on your interests to help guide your specific learning opportunities.
- Build working relationships with staff and fellow interns across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Facility Maintenance, Operations, Project Management, or AV/Telecommunications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within an evolving workflow.
- Experience in building maintenance, telecommunications, infrastructure project management, or office operations is preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Term: May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
