About the role#
CECP is looking for a part-time intern to join the Strategic Engagement team. This role focuses on strengthening the operational and technology infrastructure that supports how the team manages member companies. You will work on the systems, data, and AI-enabled processes that help the team track engagement, identify opportunities, and coordinate across departments. This position reports to the Associate Director of Strategic Engagement.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain the engagement operating model across platforms, specifically Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Update Salesforce CRM records to ensure data accuracy for accounts, contacts, and engagement opportunities.
- Organize company intelligence by gathering information from meeting notes, engagement history, survey participation, and public news.
- Manage Monday.com boards to track project plans, engagement triggers, and follow-up reminders.
- Develop and pilot AI-powered tools and internal solutions to streamline workflows between Salesforce, Outlook, and other sources.
- Test and document internal processes for using automation, dashboards, and structured prompts.
- Analyze engagement trends, risk signals, and outreach activity to support team reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program, preferably in business administration, information systems, or data science.
- Experience with CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Interest in applying AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve team efficiency.
- Ability to organize fragmented information into clear trackers, summaries, or process documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data projects at once.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and LinkedIn.
Location & details#
- This is a fully remote position. You must be a US citizen and currently reside in the United States.
- The internship runs from October 2026 through May 2027.
- This role is part-time at 20 hours per week.
- The compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.
