    About the role#

    Field Operations Interns and Fellows support the daily work of field leadership. You will help maintain office operations and assist the Field Office Director or other directors with administrative tasks. This role is an opportunity to use your organizational skills to support our global mission.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage the calendar for the Field Office Director or other directors.
    • Assist with email management.
    • Compile information for monthly reports and dashboards.
    • Schedule meetings for department heads and other staff.
    • Attend leadership meetings to record critical information.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit letters and other communications.
    • Complete special projects as assigned by the Field Office Director.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor's degree.
    • At least one prior professional internship or significant leadership experience in campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Fluency in Spanish is required for offices located in Latin America.
    • A mature orthodox Christian faith.

    • Location: District of Columbia (Hybrid).
    • Terms: Summer 2027, Fall 2027, or Winter 2028.
    • This is a full-time, unpaid volunteer position.
