About the role#
The IT Operations Intern will join the Global IT Operations team to support the management and optimization of IT infrastructure and services across multiple regions. You will gain hands-on experience by working on technical projects that span global IT infrastructure and service management. This role reports to the Global Director, IT Services.
What you'll do#
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues to improve user experience and system performance.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of IT service activities.
- Coordinate interdepartmental and global communication efforts.
- Participate in departmental and general administrative support tasks.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- At least one prior professional internship or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
- An interest in cloud technologies, identity management, and endpoint management solutions.
- A mature orthodox Christian faith.
Location & details#
- Location: Washington, District of Columbia.
- Modality: Hybrid (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11 to April 9, 2027).
- Commitment: Full-time (30-40 hours per week) during standard business hours.
- Compensation: This is a paid position receiving a monthly stipend.
