    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time internship for the Spring 2027 term. You will work on-site in Birmingham, Alabama to support the operations team with daily administrative and organizational tasks.

    What you'll do#

    You will help the operations team with a variety of tasks to keep the office running. Your responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the Board of Directors with administrative needs.
    • Preparing check requests and learning how the corporate credit card program works.
    • Handling data entry and logging donations.
    • Scanning documents and maintaining mail logs.
    • Assisting with basic human resources procedures and budget-related tasks.
    • Managing scheduling requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • Experience with data entry and document scanning.
    • Familiarity with budget-related tasks.
    • Knowledge of basic human resources procedures.
    • Strong scheduling abilities.
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
