About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Spring 2027 term. You will work on-site in Birmingham, Alabama to support the operations team with daily administrative and organizational tasks.
What you'll do#
You will help the operations team with a variety of tasks to keep the office running. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Board of Directors with administrative needs.
- Preparing check requests and learning how the corporate credit card program works.
- Handling data entry and logging donations.
- Scanning documents and maintaining mail logs.
- Assisting with basic human resources procedures and budget-related tasks.
- Managing scheduling requirements.
What you'll need#
- Experience with data entry and document scanning.
- Familiarity with budget-related tasks.
- Knowledge of basic human resources procedures.
- Strong scheduling abilities.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
