About the role#
This one-year fellowship provides leadership development through project work and interim roles. You will be based at St. Cloud Hospital and supported by a co-preceptor model involving a Senior Operations Leader and the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. The role is full-time, requiring 80 hours every two weeks, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The term runs from summer 2027 through summer 2028.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and receive mentorship from C-level leaders.
- Attend executive-level leadership meetings.
- Lead and participate in project management tasks.
- Work on projects focused on strategic planning and deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders throughout the health system.
- Potentially provide direct leadership for service lines on an interim basis.
- Gain exposure to rural health administration.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or Nursing, which must be obtained by the 2027 start date.
- Experience in project management.
- An interest in strategic planning and deployment.
- A desire to gain exposure to rural health administration.
