About the role#
This internship provides hands-on leadership development and practical business experience. You will work alongside experienced restaurant leaders to gain skills in operations, coaching, and business management. The program is designed for students who want to develop transferable skills in a structured learning environment.
What you'll do#
- Lead shifts alongside experienced restaurant leaders.
- Participate in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment.
- Support training and development of new team members.
- Assist with operational excellence, food safety, and quality standards.
- Take ownership of an assigned leadership or business project.
- Learn business basics such as managing expenses, recruiting, hiring, and driving sales.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business, Hospitality, Leadership, Management, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work at least one weekday or night, plus Fridays and Saturdays.
