About the role#
We offer internships that provide real-world experience to help you start your career. These roles typically last between 10 and 13 weeks. You will work on projects across our IT departments, including network operations, quality analysis, and cybersecurity. This is a full-time, paid, on-site program based at our Support Center in Irving, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Test store systems like POS, Kiosk, OLO, and DMB.
- Assist with software and hardware deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and monitor IT systems.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security testing.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and team meetings.
- Perform competitive analyses and present your findings to leadership.
- Gain exposure to tools such as Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft Azure.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Software Development, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of IT network operations and change management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and security tools.
- Ability to solve problems and think analytically.
