About the role#
Cintas is hiring an Intern to join our team in Fort Wayne. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers exposure to all areas of our business. You will gain professional services industry knowledge through a program that combines hands-on training with departmental rotations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of the business.
- Interact with multiple departments to develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
- Engage in hands-on training to learn about the professional services industry.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles, as well as leadership experience in campus activities.
