About the role#
Cintas is looking for an intern to join our team in Reading. This program provides broad exposure to our business operations and the professional services industry. You will work across multiple departments to gain hands-on experience and build your professional skill set.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a training program covering all areas of the business.
- Interact with various departments to understand how our operations function.
- Develop your leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, as well as internet and intranet tools.
- Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous co-op or internship roles in customer service, sales, production, or administration.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- This is an on-site, part-time, paid internship.
- Location: Reading, Pennsylvania.
- This role operates on a rolling basis.
