About the role#
This internship focuses on the sales side of the agronomy business. You will spend your time gathering feedback from sellers to identify growth opportunities and improve sales tools. This position requires 100% travel within the territory, with a split of 30% office work and 70% time spent in the field with sellers and at grower events.
What you'll do#
- Interview agronomy sellers throughout the summer to learn about their programs and sales enablement tools.
- Present your findings to Keystone leadership at the end of the internship.
- Collaborate with marketing interns on various projects.
- Work directly with sellers on Keystone sales platforms.
- Participate in ride alongs with sellers, sales leads, and the sales enablement lead.
- Observe activities at grower and seller events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Junior or Senior standing in an Ag Sales program is preferred.
- Previous internship experience.
- A valid driver license, a good driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency with Microsoft apps and programs.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
