About the role#
Compassion International offers a paid, on-site summer internship at our Global Ministry Center in Colorado Springs. This program provides an opportunity to explore your career path within a Christ-centered organization focused on global, holistic child development. Interns gain experience through hands-on work, mentorship, and community engagement.
What you'll do#
- Perform hands-on work in your specific field of interest, such as Business Support, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Project Management.
- Participate in professional development workshops and 1:1 mentorship sessions.
- Engage in spiritual formation and community activities.
- Support the broader mission of releasing children from poverty.
What you'll need#
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and act as a consistent witness.
- Commit to child protection standards and uphold Compassion's core cultural behaviors.
- Current standing as a college junior, senior, or recent graduate with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2029.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Availability for the full internship duration from May 24 to July 30, 2027.
- Legal eligibility for employment in the United States.

- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (on-site).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $19.37 - $22.76 per hour.
- Housing is available for a low cost.
