About the role#
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Field Operations Co-op for the Fall 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester, New Hampshire. You will work directly with Superintendents and Project Managers to support daily site operations, safety administration, and project documentation.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration of the project safety program to maintain a compliant work environment.
- Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and technical project documentation.
- Assist the project team with daily and weekly tasks, including site inspections, safety walks, and report preparation.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to help the team meet project timelines.
- Use construction management software to track project information, inventory, and material deliveries.
- Participate in team meetings to communicate site updates and report on conditions that affect the schedule or cost.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Strong organizational skills for managing project documentation and reporting.
