About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Shaker Heights, Ohio. You will work on-site 40 hours per week, gaining experience in wealth management while supporting our client service teams. This role is open to students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Prepare materials for client presentations, including financial independence projections, net worth statements, and cash flow reports.
- Review, summarize, and analyze financial data related to retirement, risk management, taxes, estate planning, and charitable giving.
- Assist in the creation of customized financial planning templates.
- Research specific financial planning topics as requested.
- Manage client and firm documents within our document management system.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives and firm projects.
- Represent the firm professionally to clients and outside partners.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising sophomore, junior, or senior for the summer of 2027.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of financial planning, investment concepts, insurance, and tax principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and strict client confidentiality.
- A team-oriented mindset and an extraordinary approach to client service.

- Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and possess unrestricted work authorization for the United States.
