About the role#
Crop Quest, Inc. hires interns to support our team of agronomists and precision ag specialists. You will assist farmers with crop production decisions and provide recommendations for seed, fertilizer, and ag chemicals. This role focuses on providing unbiased service to help our customers reach their goals.
What you'll do#
- Monitor fields for insects, weeds, and diseases.
- Create recommendations for ag chemicals, fertilizer, and seed.
- Manage soil moisture and schedule irrigation.
- Record field data using geo-referenced software.
- Perform grid and zone sampling.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Dodge City, Kansas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
