About the role#
This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in retail operations. You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders to learn management best practices and gain exposure to the broader organization. The role focuses on developing your leadership skills while you contribute to the daily success of a retail store.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience leading a retail team and engaging directly with customers.
- Learn day-to-day operations, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Learn to analyze store performance and understand how operational decisions impact customer satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
Location & details#
This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027. Positions are available in Irving, Allen, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, McKinney, Denton, Frisco, Lewisville, Arlington, Plano, Carrollton, and Coppell, Texas. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.
