About the role#
This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. You will work alongside store managers and district leaders to learn how to run a successful store. The program focuses on building management skills, analyzing business performance, and understanding how operational decisions affect customer satisfaction and store results.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and motivate staff members.
- Engage directly with customers to provide support.
- Learn day-to-day store operations, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real opportunity.
- Present findings and recommendations to company leadership.
- Develop leadership skills and learn management best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration or related fields.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A clear interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desired.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are available in Gulf Breeze, Destin, Niceville, and Pensacola, Florida.
- This position does not offer relocation assistance.
