About the role#
This internship offers a 10-week summer program focused on retail management. You will work alongside store managers and district leaders to learn how to lead a team and manage store operations. The role is paid and full-time, providing hands-on experience in a retail environment.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and interact directly with customers.
- Complete a business project that addresses a specific opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Support daily operations such as inventory management, stocking, and merchandise handling.
- Analyze business performance to understand how operational decisions affect store results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Texas, with openings in San Antonio, Spring Branch, Converse, Kerrville, Fair Oaks Ranch, and New Braunfels.
- The internship takes place during Summer 2027.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
