About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will spend 10 weeks gaining hands-on experience in retail management. You will work directly with Store Managers and District Leaders to learn how to lead a team, engage with customers, and manage daily store operations. This program is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and interact directly with customers.
- Learn retail management best practices, including staffing, talent development, and operational excellence.
- Support operational tasks such as merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Analyze business performance to understand how strategic decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real opportunity, then present your recommendations to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a busy work environment.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Interest in a long-term career in retail store management.
