About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with the Chief of Staff for the CEO at a global investment management firm. You will gain experience across management, marketing, sales, communications, legal, compliance, risk, and investments. The role is designed for students graduating from an undergraduate or master's program in 2026.
What you'll do#
- Research and compile briefing materials for executives and stakeholders.
- Conduct market and industry research to support firm-wide decision-making.
- Create high-quality marketing materials, such as pitchbooks and client presentations.
- Coordinate media appearances, conferences, and external events for the CEO.
- Ensure all work meets operational, regulatory, and security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with graduation in 2026.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or Economics.
