About the role#
This is an off-campus Federal Work Study position for a Recruitment & Admissions Intern based in Atlanta. You will support the outreach and enrollment process, helping to cultivate a pipeline of applicants. This role requires a self-directed individual who can work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the outreach and admissions process throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Communicate with candidates to build rapport and trust.
- Implement retention activities for specific alumni populations.
- Design and produce reports to track, document, and measure progress and outcomes.
- Work with the local Digital Marketing Manager to run ads on digital channels.
- Provide telephone coverage and assist with coordinating class kickoffs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
- Minimum of six credits per semester.
- Good standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Federal Work Study (FWS) fund eligibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
