About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Liverpool, New York, for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within the Warehouse and Transportation department to gain hands-on experience with company workflows and business operations. This position requires an on-site presence and a commitment of at least 350 hours during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Train and job-shadow across various departments to learn how processes interact.
- Lead assigned individual projects and participate in a collaborative team project.
- Define problems, conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to determine effective solutions.
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
- Review, update, and track various operational reports.
- Present your findings, analysis, and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Attend business and professional development training events.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time student status in good standing at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel with minimal overnight stays required.
