About the role#
DRT Strategies is hiring for the Associate I position for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid role based on-site in Arlington, Virginia. We are looking for individuals with a background in computer science to join our team and contribute to IT solutions for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to address business and technical problems.
- Provide IT functional and technical support for web and non-web systems.
- Configure and implement low code or no code platforms.
- Develop software solutions using Java.NET, C#, or Python.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges while recommending new approaches.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Help build prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Participate in training to learn new technologies and programming languages.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with computer science concepts, principles, and designs.
- Experience with software design, development, testing, and debugging.
- Knowledge of web development technologies and application frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python.
- Experience with database technologies, concepts, and SQL.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to manage your workload and time efficiently.
